Aberdeen School District Appoints New Athletic Director and Retains Head Football Coach
Aberdeen, MS, June 5, 2024 - Aberdeen School District is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Alex Williams as the new Athletic Director. In addition to his new role, Coach Williams will continue to serve as the Head Football Coach, bringing his wealth of experience and leadership to both positions. Coach Williams has been an integral part of Aberdeen School District for nine years, demonstrating a deep commitment to the athletic program and the development of student-athletes.
As Athletic Director, Coach Williams will oversee all aspects of the athletic program, including scheduling, budgeting, and compliance. His proven track record of leadership and passion for athletics makes him an ideal fit for this position.
