Ms. Berghuis's Explorer group from the 4th, 5th, and 6th grades have been playing the Stock Market Game this semester. As of October 19, 2023, we have two groups in place #2 and #3. The Sour Patch Kids are in 4th grade in 2nd place, and The Knights are 4th graders in 3rd place. There are 6 groups total playing. Aberdeen Schools: Good evening! The Office of Federal Programs will host its Annual Title I Planning meeting in conjunction with the Parent University, on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 5:30pm. The Aberdeen School District is providing this notice of intent to apply for the Nita M. Lowery 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) grant to benefit Aberdeen Elementary, Belle-Shivers & Aberdeen High Schools. The purpose of the CCLC program is to provide opportunities for academic enrichment activities during non-school hours or periods when school is not in session, such as before and after school or during summer recess. The Aberdeen School District is the Local Education Agency responsible for submitting the application for funding, and the application is due August 29, 2023.
