The SSAC worked in groups to discuss what they consider to be the most challenging issues affecting students in the public education system in Mississippi.
The SSAC will meet once a month with the superintendent to advise, provide feedback, and present viable solutions from the student’s perspective. Throughout the school year, the council members will have multiple opportunities to be involved, be a leader, and make a difference in the Aberdeen School District. It will be an exciting experience, and they will have fun serving our district.
